• 5-10 years old : 8 to 10 children per animator
• 9-12 years old : 8 to 12 children per animator

We favour small groups, which lets the children develop a personal and trusting relationship with their animator.

Langmobile animators…

• Master English language
• Are young adults whose average age is 20 years old
• Have experience with children
• Have completed a training with Langmobile on our approach to a second language
• Have first aid training
• Are respectful and understanding

At Langmobile we have a zero tolerance policy for violence and bullying.

We expect respect and kindness from all our campers, parents and staff.
Any behavioral problem will be addressed seriously for the well-being and security of all.

For minor behaviour issues we have a strike system.

For any major behaviour issues that jeopardizes the security of other campers will result in expulsion.

As a member of the Association des camps du Québec, Langmobile is up to date and closely follows government health and safety guidelines relating to COVID-19. For more information on the subject, you can visit the ACQ website.

Any cancellation requested before the start of the activity will be fully refunded minus the $15 registration fee.

Any cancellation requested once the activity has started will be refunded at a prorated amount.

Any requests for refunds must be done via email at info@langmobile.com.

In the instance of a cancellation by Langmobile, the cost of the stay will be fully refunded.

Our administrators can not be held responsible if situations are caused by missing information on the registration form (health, disabilities or allergies).

• A healthy nut-free lunch and two healthy snacks with an icepack.
• A water-resistant sunscreen of at least SPF 30 or higher.
  • Sunscreen should be applied before arrival and then again over the course of the day.
    Please choose a sun cream that is easy for your child to apply. Our animators will supervise for effective application BUT will not administer the sunscreen to your child.
• Wear running shoes, shoes with non-slip soles or athletic sandals.
• A clean, reusable water bottle.
• Appropriate clothing for the weather and camp activities.
• A bathing suit, towel and water sandals (in your child’s backpack for the entire week)
• A hat or cap.
• A change of clothes is recommended, especially for the younger children.
• Insect repellent if needed.
• Please identify your child’s clothing and items with his/her full last name.
• We strongly suggest that you check your child’s bag every night for missing items. Any lost and found items not claimed by the end of camp will be donated to charity.

Langmobile Summer Camps are eligible for the tax credit for childcare expenses.

You will be provided RL-24 slip by February 28, 2024. Please be sure that all of your information is up to date on Amilia.
