Welcome to Langmobile, where we are dedicated to providing the highest quality private language conversation classes for children at an affordable price. Our mission is to ensure that every child has access to language learning opportunities that enrich their lives and broaden their horizons.

 

1. Drop-In Classes and Session Policy:

 

We understand that schedules can vary, and sometimes flexibility is needed. Therefore, we offer drop-in classes and sessions with the following conditions:

 

• Drop-in classes canceled a minimum of 3 hours prior to the start time of the scheduled class time will be given a gift card with the credit to use towards our online classes. No refunds for canceled classes.  
• Classes canceled within 3 hours will not be rescheduled and not refunded. 
• No-Show Policy: Failure to attend a scheduled class without prior notice. These classes will not be rescheduled and not refunded
• Session Commitment: For the 5-week sessions, there is no credit cancellation policy unless cancellation in full prior to the first class. If a class is missed during a 5-week session, no credit or makeup class will be provided. 

 

2. Online Etiquette and Code of Conduct:

 

To ensure a productive, safe and respectful learning environment, we ask parents and students to adhere to the following guidelines:

 

• Respect: Encourage your child to show respect towards the teacher and fellow classmates at all times.
• Camera On: Please ensure that your child’s camera remains on throughout the duration of the class. **If your child wishes to keep their camera off during class, please let the teacher know at the start of the class. 
• Well-Lit Area: Choose a well-lit and comfortable environment for the class.
• Quiet Place: Select a quiet space free from distractions to optimize the learning experience. 

Note that Langmobile reserves the right to mute and/or remove the participant from the class if these conditions are not met. 

 

3. Technology Requirements:

 

To participate in our online classes, students must have access to a reliable internet connection, a compatible device (such as a computer or tablet), and any necessary software or applications.

*If technical issues exist on the participants’ end, Langmobile is not responsible to replace the class. 

 

4. Intellectual Property:

 

All materials provided during the classes, including but not limited to lesson plans, worksheets, and recordings, are the intellectual property of Langmobile and may not be reproduced or distributed without prior written consent.

 

5. Privacy and Data Protection:

 

We are committed to protecting the privacy of our students and their families. Personal information collected during the registration process will be used solely for the purpose of providing our services and will not be shared with third parties without consent.

 

6. Feedback and Communication:

 

We welcome feedback from parents and students to continuously improve our services. Please feel free to reach out to us with any questions, concerns, or suggestions.

 

7. Agreement:

 

By enrolling your child in our classes, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
