Howdy!

My name is Brady. I’m a TEFL/TESL/TESOL certified teacher with over 6 years experience teaching English to people of all ages and skill levels from beginner to advanced. I love playing guitar, cooking, reading, writing, film photography, and learning new languages.

I have a BAH in Philosophy, and an MFA in Creative Nonfiction. For the last two years, I taught English in Saitama, Japan to both adults and children. Before that, I worked as a substitute teacher for a daycare called A Tiny Lab for Early Learning, and tutored children in elementary school who needed support with their reading and writing skills.

My teaching style involves lots of body language, role playing, music, and games. I speak very clearly and adjust my speed to your comfort level to boost comprehension skills. We do lots of exercises to hone your pronunciation and phonics. If you’re an advanced learner, I design lessons using creative writing, art, and literature.

The most important thing to me is having fun together and bringing joy into your language studies. I’m looking forward to meeting you!

Terms and Conditions for Private Lessons

Welcome to Langmobile, where we are dedicated to providing the highest quality private lessons for children at an affordable price.

Our mission is to ensure that every child has access to language learning opportunities that enrich their lives and broaden their horizons.

1. Coupon Expiration Date

All coupons will expire in 24 months (2 years) and will not be applicable to online classes or for a refund after that date.

*Not applicable to the trial booking package. Trial package coupons expire in 45 days.

2. Reimbursement and Cancellation Policy:

You are responsible for canceling your private lesson at least 24 hours in advance on your client account. Cancellations by email or by phone will not be accepted.

We understand that schedules can change unexpectedly. Therefore, we offer a flexible cancellation policy with the following conditions:

Private lessons may be canceled or rescheduled through the client account up to 24 hours before the scheduled class time. If canceled, the coupon will be returned to the client account and may be used to book another class at a later date.
Classes canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled start time are not eligible for rescheduling, refunds, or make-up classes. You may email your teacher to advise them of your absence.
No-Show Policy: Failure to attend a scheduled class without prior notice. No-shows are not eligible for rescheduling, refunds, or make-up classes.

Any cancellation by Langmobile can be rescheduled.

Pro-rata cancelations (if refund is requested): refund of all classes that have not been taken or within 24-hours of the next class.

*If a package of 20 classes was purchased (receiving the discount), regular price will be applied to all classes that have been taken, and the remaining balance will be refunded.

15$ cancellation fees will be applied if a refund is requested (in effect as of May 16th 2026).

3. Limit of 1 trial pack per student:

One student can have access to only 3 classes with the trial pack. Respondents are prohibited from using different emails.

Trial classes will be automatically canceled if the student has already taken 3 trial classes.

4. Technology Requirements:

To participate in our online classes, students must have access to a reliable internet connection, a compatible device (such as a computer or tablet), and any necessary software or applications.

If technical issues exist on the participants’ end, Langmobile is not responsible to replace the class.

5. Online Etiquette and Code of Conduct:

To ensure a productive, safe and respectful learning environment, we ask parents and students to adhere to the following guidelines:

Respect: Encourage your child to show respect towards the teacher and fellow classmates at all times.
Camera On: Please ensure that your child’s camera remains on throughout the duration of the class. **If your child wishes to keep their camera off during class, please let the teacher know at the start of the class.
Well-Lit Area: Choose a well-lit and comfortable environment for the class.
Quiet Place: Select a quiet space free from distractions to optimize the learning experience.

Note that Langmobile reserves the right to mute and/or remove the participant from the class if these conditions are not met.

6. Intellectual Property:

All materials provided during the classes, including but not limited to lesson plans, worksheets, and recordings, are the intellectual property of Langmobile and may not be reproduced or distributed without prior written consent.

7. Privacy and Data Protection:

We are committed to protecting the privacy of our students and their families. Personal information collected during the registration process will be used solely for the purpose of providing our services and will not be shared with third parties without consent.

8. Feedback and Communication:

We welcome feedback from parents and students to continuously improve our services. Please feel free to reach out to us with any questions, concerns, or suggestions.

9. Agreement:

By enrolling your child in our classes, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to abide by these terms and conditions.

Cancel or Reschedule a Private Class

You are responsible for canceling your private classes through your client account. No cancellations will be accepted by email or phone.

1. Log in to your client account.

2. Select “Booking” from the menu

3. Find the class you wish to cancel.

4. You can either:
– “Reschedule” the class to another day immediately
– “Cancel” the class to retrieve your coupon. You can use it later to book another class.

All online private classes must be canceled on your client account at least 24 hours before the start of the class. If you need to cancel your class within 24 hours (last-minute cancellation), please contact your teacher directly by email. Note that no makeup classes will be provided.

Having Trouble Joining Your Class?

Here are a few quick tips to help:

Check your junk or spam folder – A reminder email is sent at 8:00 AM on the day of your class.
Private class links are always the same – No need to search for a new one each week!
Find your link in your welcome email – It’s the one we sent when you signed up.
