Our teachers will expel any participant that is disrespectful, aggressive or abusive.

Any cancellation requested before the start of the activity will be fully refunded minus the $15 registration fee.

Any cancellation requested once the activity has started will be refunded at a prorated amount.

In the instance of a cancellation by Langmobile, the cost of the stay will be fully refunded.
