Location Guide: Choosing the Best Langmobile Summer Camp for Your Child in 2026 🗺️

Summer is officially knocking at the door — and if you’re a Langmobile family, you already know that means one thing: it’s time to pick your camp spot!

With six incredible English immersion camp locations across the greater Montreal area this summer, we know the question on every parent’s mind is: “Which one is right for us?” The good news? There’s no wrong answer. But there IS a best fit for your family — and that’s what we’re here to help you figure out. 🎉

Why Location Matters More Than You Think

Before we dive into the locations, let’s take a quick moment to talk about why choosing the right spot genuinely makes a difference.

When a child feels comfortable, settled, and close to home, they arrive on Day 1 ready to dive in — not stressed about a long commute or an unfamiliar area. And when a child is relaxed and confident? That’s when the real language magic happens.

Language learning works best when children feel emotionally secure in their environment. A familiar neighborhood, a shorter drop-off, a school they may already know — all of these small things add up to a big difference in how quickly and naturally kids absorb English.

Add to that the Langmobile method — based on interaction, discovery, and hands-on activities — and you’ve got the perfect storm for a summer that’s both wildly fun and incredibly effective.

The 6 Langmobile Camp Locations for Summer 2026

🏫 Terrebonne — École Vision Terrebonne

Ages 4 to 12

Perfect for families in Terrebonne, Mascouche, or the northern Lanaudière region. This location is a wonderful choice for younger campers (starting at 4!) who are just beginning their English journey. The welcoming environment at École Vision Terrebonne makes it a favourite among first-timers. If you live on the North Shore and want a top-quality immersive experience without crossing a bridge, this is your spot. ✅

🏫 Saint-Lambert — Collège Charles-Lemoyne

Ages 4 to 12

One of Langmobile’s most established locations, Saint-Lambert at Collège Charles-Lemoyne is ideal for families on the South Shore — Longueuil, Brossard, Saint-Lambert, and surrounding areas. The beautiful campus provides an inspiring and safe setting, and the 4-and-up age range makes it a great fit for families with young children ready for their first immersion adventure. A classic choice — and for good reason. 🌟

🏫 Saint-Bruno — Collège Trinité

Ages 5 to 12

Nestled in the heart of the South Shore, Saint-Bruno at Collège Trinité is a long-standing Langmobile favourite. If your family is in Saint-Bruno-de-Montarville, Saint-Basile-le-Grand, McMasterville, or Mont-Saint-Hilaire (see below for a closer option!), this stunning campus is hard to beat. Parents love the community feel here — and campers who come back year after year say it best. Just ask Marc, one of our camp parents:

“The No. 1 reason [my son loves it] is he simply loves being at camp because he feels he is loved and appreciated.” đź’›

🏫 Mont-Saint-Hilaire — Collège Saint-Hilaire

Ages 5 to 12

A gem for families further east on the South Shore — Beloeil, Mont-Saint-Hilaire, Saint-Hyacinthe, and the Richelieu Valley. Collège Saint-Hilaire offers a beautiful, spacious setting that gives campers room to run, explore, and truly live English all day long. If you’ve been driving past this location thinking “is that for us?” — yes, it absolutely is. 🏔️

🏫 Plateau — Bancroft Elementary School

Ages 5 to 12

Plateau-Mont-Royal is one of Montreal’s most vibrant, family-friendly neighbourhoods — and Bancroft Elementary School is a wonderful home for our camp this summer. If you live in Plateau, Rosemont, Mile-End, Outremont, or even downtown Montreal, this is the location that was literally made for you. City families, this one’s yours. 🎨

🏫 Sainte-Catherine — Collège Charles-Lemoyne

Ages 5 to 12

Families in Sainte-Catherine, Candiac, La Prairie, Delson, and the western South Shore — this one’s calling your name! This Collège Charles-Lemoyne campus gives campers an exceptional environment to build English confidence while making lifelong friendships. It’s a slightly less central option than Saint-Lambert, which makes it a quieter, more neighbourhood-feel choice for families further west. 🌿

So… How Do You Actually Choose?

Here’s our simple framework:

  1. Start with proximity. Pick the location closest to home or on your regular commute route. A shorter, calmer morning sets everyone up for success — especially for younger kids.
  2. Consider your child’s age. Terrebonne and Saint-Lambert accept campers starting at age 4, while the other four locations start at age 5. If you have a very young child eager to start, this matters!
  3. Think about who you know. Camp friendships are one of the most magical parts of the summer. If your child has neighbourhood friends or classmates also attending a particular location, that shared experience can ease first-day jitters and spark lasting bonds. As Canadian Parents for French highlights, children thrive in bilingual environments when they feel a sense of social belonging — the same is true in English immersion.
  4. Trust the quality — all locations are ACQ certified. Every single Langmobile camp is a proud member of the Association des Camps du Québec (ACQ), which means strict safety standards, properly trained staff, and supervised activities you can feel confident about. Wherever you choose, quality is guaranteed. ✅

A Summer That Changes Everything 🌟

At its core, this isn’t just about picking a location on a map. It’s about giving your child a summer where they grow — in language, in confidence, in independence, and in joy.

Every Langmobile camp this summer features new themes, fresh activities, and an immersive English environment designed to meet every child where they are — from absolute beginners to kids ready to level up their fluency. Children assimilate a language most naturally when they’re passionate about what they’re doing, and our counsellors work hard every single day to make sure that passion is front and centre.

Registration for Summer 2026 is now open for all locations. Spots fill up fast — especially at our brand-new Plateau location and our perennially popular Saint-Lambert and Saint-Bruno sites.
